Original characters organized into my current main roster. These characters often play a designated key or “starring” role in many of their stories and verses, depending on the context.

NOTE: My main characters are also among some of my well-known favorites, and include my more developed and/or more actively played OCs.

⬩ SECONDARY CHARACTERS ⬩

Original characters organized into my current secondary roster. These characters can play either major or supporting roles in many of their stories and verses, depending on the context.

NOTE: Many of my secondary characters are also favorites, but they've been designated to less active roles, and/or have less development compared to my Main OCs.

⬩ TERTIARY CHARACTERS ⬩

Original characters organized into my current tertiary roster. These characters always play a supporting role in many of their stories and verses.

NOTE: My tertiary characters include those that hold a less active role, and some may have less development compared to my Main and Secondary OCs.

⬩ JOINT-OWNED CHARACTERS ⬩

Original characters who have been jointly designed and co-owned with another artist / creative. These characters mainly include the future families of mutual pairings between my and my friends’ OCs, and their contributions will be referenced where applicable.

NOTE: While all characters in this category are joint-owned and developed with friends, most are designed and/or actively played by one person each. (EX: Of SolRosco's two daughters, I've designed and play Chloe, while Jinkz designed and plays Sophie)

⬩ CHARACTERS IN STORAGE ⬩

Original characters organized into virtual “storage,” who are currently inactive from any plots or verses until further notice. In some cases, they may have been retcon’d out, depending on the context.

NOTE: My reasons for storing a given character can vary, but often it's a lack of interest or drive to develop them at this time. There's always a chance they may be revisited or revamped, but placing them in storage is my way of organizing them until then.

⬩ HUMANS ⬩

Characters designated with a primary human design in their main plots and verses.

NOTE: This category does not include or overlap with characters who may have an alternate human design in other verses.

⬩ MYTHICAL GIJINKA ⬩

Characters designated with the primary design of a mythical or supernatural creature, within in their main plots and verses. Most of these OCs appear as a gijinka, but may also have an accompanying feral design or form.

NOTE: This category does not include or overlap with characters who may have an alternate mythical design in other verses.

⬩ POKEMON GIJINKA ⬩

Characters designated with the primary design of a Pokemon, usually within their main Pokemon verses. Most of these OCs appear as a gijinka or “Pokehuman,” but also have their accompanying pokemon design or form.

NOTE: This category does not include or overlap with characters who may have an alternate pokemon design in other verses.

⬩ MISCELLANEOUS ⬩

Characters whose designated designs don’t quite fall into the other character groups, to put it simply.

⬩ ANTHRO / FERAL VERSE ⬩

A general verse that features characters who appear as anthropomorphic or feral animals and creatures, in various settings and environments. This is distinct from verses where OCs would appear as gijinka, which are more human-like in appearance.

⬩ CONTRACT AU ⬩

“Contract AU” features characters who appear as demons, angels, or reapers, based on the nature of their souls. Humans can also be turned into any of these beings, depending on how tainted or purified their souls become.

The setting takes place in an alternate version of modern earth, where these supernatural beings disguise themselves and live among humans and each other. The verse’s namesake comes from a demon’s ability to form contracts with humans — often in exchange for their soul, but sometimes as a part of a deeper bond.

NOTE: Contract AU is an original world created by my friends Jinkz and Anie, and the lore for this AU is a collaborative effort between our combined roster of characters. Contract AU is also completely separate from both Fantasy Verse and Vices & Virtues Verse.

⬩ DEITIES VERSE ⬩

Directly stemming from Deities of Duat / DEITIES Project, “DEITIES Verse” features characters who appear as their own unique gods, goddesses, and other beings from Egyptian mythology. Deity characters within the realm of Duat possess powerful traits and abilities, including proficiency in a divine weapon; different magic affinities; and the ability to transform into sacred animal forms.

The setting for DEITIES Verse mirrors the same setting as DEITIES Project, taking place between the realms of Ancient Egypt that include the underworld of Duat — the land of the dead, and home of the gods. There’s an additional implication of foreign deities originating from, or traveling between, other realms or pantheons.

NOTE: DEITIES verse stems from my original, visual storytelling project Deities of Duat / DEITIES Project, which I manage on its development blog on tumblr.

DEITIES is also a semi-open world -- meaning that anyone can feel free to feature their OCs in the DEITIES Project setting for fun, or design their own minor deity characters. More details can be found in the world-building notes for DEITIES Project.

⬩ DIGIMON VERSE ⬩

A general fan-made verse based on the Digimon series, “Digimon Verse” features characters who appear in the established setting where Digimon exist in the digital world. Characters in this verse include the human “tamers” and their respective digimon partner.

⬩ FANGS AND MAGIC AU ⬩

“Fangs and Magic AU” features characters who appear as supernatural beings that include vampires, lycans (werewolves), naguals (werecats), and witches. These beings possess different abilities and strengths — some that either support or subvert their common legends. Human-hybrids exist (such as dhampirs, half-vampires), and humans can also become fully supernatural through different means.

The setting takes place in an alternate version of modern earth, where supernaturals disguise themselves to live comfortably among humans, after centuries of conflict. However, there still exists a pervading threat of hunters and their organized factions — each who follow varying codes for targeting and eliminating rogue supernaturals.

To avoid the attention of said hunters and further conflicts, supernatural families, covens, and packs enforce guidelines to protect each community — such as seeking consent to drink blood and turn humans, and avoiding the use of dark magic.

NOTE: Fangs and Magic AU is an original world created between me and my friends Jinkz and Anie, and the lore for this AU is a collaborative effort between our combined roster of characters.

⬩ FANTASY VERSE ⬩

“Fantasy Verse” features characters who appear as a variety of supernatural beings that includes angels, demons, and other fantasy gijinka (dragons, phoenixes, fae, and more). This verse is both plot- and character-driven, and focuses on events that unfold after a fallen demon king is released from his seal.

The setting leans dark fantasy and takes place across different realms, including a realm primarily governed by angels — where demons are often misunderstood, and some angels may not be as righteous as they seem…

NOTE: Fantasy Verse is an original world created by my friends Jinkz and Anie, and the lore for this AU is a collaborative effort between our combined roster of characters. Fantasy Verse is also completely separate from both Contract AU and Vices & Virtues Verse.

⬩ GENSHIN VERSE ⬩

“Genshin Verse” in heavily inspired by the mobile ARPG and gacha game title Genshin Impact. The game’s story features the lore-rich world of Teyvat, where certain mortals are fated to wield the power of the elements, each represented by seven sovereign gods who govern their respective regions.

The setting features several fan-made characters, as well as any additional characters who have adapted to the world of Teyvat. Following the in-game mechanics and the playable units from the story, characters in Genshin Verse engage in combat using their given Vision to wield one of the seven elements — Anemo, Geo, Electro, Dendro, Hydro, Pyro, and Cryo — as well as one of the five weapon subtypes (Sword, Claymore, Polearm, Bow, Catalyst).

NOTE: Genshin Verse has a plotline that loosely follows parallel to the canon story and timeline of Genshin Impact's archon quest. Said plot is still being explored between me and my friends Jinkz and Anie; the details are a collaborative effort between our combined roster of characters, and subject to change based on any revelations from Genshin Impact's progress (which is still ongoing).

⬩ MAFIA AU ⬩

The “Mafia AU” world features characters working under the authority of different mafia-esque and vigilante factions. Many characters have codenames and work as subordinates to their main faction, while some serve as allies. Most characters are humans, but a few have additional engineered modifications, and a select few are fully android.

This AU takes place in a darker, semi-futuristic setting with some sci-fi elements.

NOTE: Mafia AU was originally inspired by the former private deviantArt group Liar-Liars, which had been a collaborative effort. With respect to my fellow creatives, this verse does not include specific features or others' characters that belong to the other members, and the lore has developed as a separate entity for fun with friends.

⬩ MISCELLANEOUS AUs/VERSES ⬩

For other verses or AUs that aren’t as large or distinct enough for their own category. Many of these verses are one-off AU designs or “what if” headcanons (EX: College AU, Merfolk AUs, etc.), or related to fandom-related worlds or settings (EX: Hogwarts AU, Avatar: The Last Airbender AU, etc.)

NOTE: This category is honestly a placeholder, as I haven't specified which AUs apply in the character profiles or tags yet. Currently, the characters designated here feature in Merfolk AU and Kelpie AU. But I have some ideas to revisit the other AUs for tagging or meme purposes…

⬩ NOVIERA / MYTHICAL VERSE ⬩

The world of Noviera, otherwise known as “Mythical Verse,” features characters who appear as [human-like] gijinka of mythical creatures — including dragons, griffins, chimera, nekomata, and several others (see table below). Characters in this verse display similar features and traits from their mythical counterparts, and they also possess innate, magic abilities that can vary widely between individuals.

The setting takes places in a semi-modern, light fantasy world. It also features a variety of mythical wildlife, environments, and regions represented by divine gods and the designated vessels of their power.

NOTE: Noviera / Mythical Verse was originally inspired by the former deviantArt group Voleros-Saga. With respect to the original creators, this verse does not include specific features, locations, or others' characters that belong to Voleros Saga, and the lore has developed as a separate entity for fun with friends.

⬩ POKEMON VERSE ⬩

Stemming from the popular series/franchise, “Pokemon Verse” actually encompasses several fan-made instances of the Pokemon world, and features characters as they appear in each verse. These include the main series world focusing on trainers and their pokemon teams; and other AUs involving characters who appear as pokemon gijinka / pokehumans.

In all cases, the settings are heavily based on the established canon and mechanics of the modern Pokemon world.

NOTE: While current lore and development for my pokemon characters have been revamped, many of these characters had originated from past OCTs and RP groups on deviantArt. These groups included the following:

⬩ SONIC TEAM VERSE ⬩

A fan-made verse based on the Sonic The Hedgehog game series, “Sonic Team Verse” features characters as they appear in the Sonic-style setting — anthropomorphic animals with various abilities and powers. Heavy inspiration stem from the game title Sonic Heroes, which established the organization of teams that rely on each others’ strengths in speed, flight, and power to complete various missions.

⬩ VICES AND VIRTUES / DEMON VERSE ⬩

Vices and Virtues — otherwise known as “Demon Verse” — features characters who appear as demons and angels, and whom embody any of the seven deadly sins (vices), or seven heavenly virtues. Sometimes a character can embody more than one vice or virtue, and occasionally they can embody a mix. Characters also tend to have one or two elemental affinities for their magic.

The setting takes place in a fantasy version of heaven and hell, and includes other creatures and references to demonology.

NOTE: Vices and Virtues / Demon Verse was originally inspired by the former deviantArt group The Goetia. With respect to the original creators, this verse does not include specific features or others' characters that belong to The Goetia, and the lore has developed as a separate entity for fun with friends.
