Though digimon are considered genderless, her tamer Blake has gotten accustomed to referring to his digimon partner as a “she” due to her more feminine voice in her lower forms (In-Training and Rookie). In later forms, she retains a more androgynous sounding voice and appearance.
As Genettamon and Cristatamon (“Gen” and “Cris,” as Blake calls them), she is far more approachable, sweet-natured, and energetic than Blake, but adores her tamer as he is. Though she sometimes wishes that Blake would be friendlier and less abrasive with others, she understands and trusts him, and works hard to earn his approval as his digimon. In all her forms she is loyal and obedient toward Blake, and would willingly protect him with her life.

Genettamon is very soft spoken and painfully shy in this form, but also quite affectionate. A clingy little thing, she prefers to perch on Blake’s shoulders rather than wander on foot, which took Blake quite some time to get used to before he was okay with it.
CRISTATAMON (“CRIS”)
ROOKIE STAGE

Cristatamon is the form she usually takes in the digital world. In this form she become energetic and confident, and eager to meet other tamers and their digimon, but knows when to get serious. She is very loyal to Blake, works hard to earn his approval as his digimon, and would do most anything to please and impress him.
YENAMON
(Formerly named “Hynamon”)
CHAMPION STAGE
ATTACKS: [Locking Jaws] [Terra Surge] [Brutal Lunge]
In this form, Yenamon is faster, more powerful, and a little bit cocky. Despite this, her number one priority is guarding Blake, who she is very protective of in this form, and others who are in harm’s way. Blake can use Yenamon for transportation of both himself and others that she can carry.
PACHYENAMON
(Formerly named “Pachynamon”)
ULTIMATE STAGE

Pachyenamon is a brutally skilled and durable fighter in this form. Her cockiness from her previous form has grown to a full blown lust for battle. However, she would never attack another digimon unless they threatened Blake — or if she thought they deserved it.
MATRIAMON
MEGA STAGE
ATTACKS: [Call of the Clan] [Clan Combat] [Shadow Veil] [Desert Armageddon]
Matriamon’s previous battle lust and over-aggressiveness has diminished in this form, to be replaced with a quiet but equally fierce intensity. She is a fearsome and efficient fighter who will resort to most any tactic to incapacitate or defeat opponents. Nonetheless, she remains level-headed even in battle so that she can best analyze weaknesses, assist her partners, and protect Blake.
